Description

We are seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to deliver exceptional support and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves addressing client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and efficient solutions.
  • Handle client onboarding and provide product/service training as needed.
  • Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly to ensure retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer service platforms
