Description
We are seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to deliver exceptional support and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves addressing client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and efficient solutions.
- Handle client onboarding and provide product/service training as needed.
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer service platforms
